BORDER 101

Too lazy to use an actual poster for this, so here it is, an empty canvas. Lol.

SIMPLE;

- Create a new layer and fill with whatever color you want.

- RIGHTCLICK > EDIT LAYER ATTRIBUTES

- SELECT > SHRINK. Set shrink selection by any sizes you want.

- EDIT > CUT

P/S:- If you want to add another layer of border, read the first tutorial.

SIMPLER;

- FILTERS > DÉCOR > ADD BORDER’. Set the color and size and click OK.

WITH TEXTURE;

- Drag any texture into the canvas. Rightclick > ALPHA TO SELECTION.

- SELECT > SHRINK. Set shrink selection to whatever sizes you want.

- EDIT > CUT.

ROUNDED;
- Create new layer, fill with any color you want.

- Click on ELLIPSE SELECT TOOL icon and simply draw circle/oval shape on your layer.

- EDIT > CUT
